These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PTC-Wall ("Service"), operated by Omni-Cash Company Ltd.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. The Service is not available to residents of the United States of America or the United Kingdom.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. One account per person is permitted — multi-accounting results in permanent suspension.

4. Earning & Rewards

Users may earn rewards by viewing advertisements, watching videos, completing surveys, and referring new members. Reward rates may change at any time without prior notice. Earnings are credited in USD.

5. Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method. Withdrawals are processed within 1–7 business days. We reserve the right to delay or deny withdrawals in cases of suspected fraud. Supported methods: PayPal, Bank Transfer, Bitcoin/Cryptocurrency, FaucetPay, CoinPayments.

6. Prohibited Activities

Using bots, scripts, or automated tools
Creating multiple accounts
Providing false information
Using VPNs or proxies to circumvent restrictions
Any form of fraud or abuse
Advertising illegal, adult, or fraudulent content

7. Advertiser Terms

Advertisers must ensure campaigns comply with all applicable laws. We may reject or remove any advertisement without explanation. Advertising credits are non-refundable once campaigns are activated.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, pending earnings may be forfeited.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

Omni-Cash Company Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount earned by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belize. Disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Belize City Municipal Authority.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
